Course Overview

This exotic choreography is approximately 1 min 42 sec and is broken down into 2 parts, with 4 sections and 9 sections, respectively. Each section is one count of 8, slowed down and explained in detail in order for you to follow along. Every section will be shown first in the front view, then the back view, and then with music.
This choreography is inspired by Middle Eastern music and Russian exotic style of pole dance. The beginning of the routine is slow, soft, and flowing, and the second part is faster with unique transitions from move to move, and it also includes some floor work.
