This course is a follow on course from the 31 days with Dan programme. This is also suitable for all levels.
In these classes we work on a range of different exercises which will help you build up your strength and stamina. And its FUN! Thats the best part. I keep it interesting and change up the exercises regularly to keep things fresh.
For both courses I mention that you need to have an invert. It doesnt have to be perfect but you have to have the basic knowledge of how to do an invert before starting this programme :)
Note: Some of the workouts use pull up resistance bands. These are not essential but are fun if you want to try something different!
